The Integral Leadership Program is for any leader who has a team (people reporting to them). This includes managers in corporations, non-profits and government organizations. It also includes entrepreneurs (who have employees of course, not solo entrepreneurs). This system is perfect for any organizational leader (with a team) who is serious about improving the specific leadership skills that will lead to better organizational outcomes. This includes things like: achieving organizational goals, high-performance teamwork, completing projects successfully on time and on budget, launching new products or services, growing revenue, profits, or increasing employee engagement and productivity.

What exactly is Integral Leadership?

Integral Leadership is a unique system developed over 25 years of training and coaching leaders and teams (across numerous industries and diverse cultures). We have been training, advising, and coaching leaders and executives for 25 years . We offer a variety of ways to obtain the information and tools you need to reach your full leadership potential. For some, reading books is adequate. Others prefer a self-paced course with video lessons, handouts and tools that they can work through on their own schedule. If you want to benefit from in-person mentorship and coaching, we offer two levels of coaching in the form of weekly hands on small group coaching cohorts (on Zoom) as well as one-on-one coaching options for those that want it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know within 30-days and we will provide you with a no-questions-asked refund. If you pay for a 6-month coaching program with a single payment and you decide to leave the program before the six months is up, we will refund you any remaining months.
