BRETT THOMAS

Brett Thomas is widely considered to be one of the world's foremost authorities on leadership development. He has published numerous books on leadership development including: Bogus Leadership, Integral Leadership, Reinventing Leadership and Accelerating Leadership. Over the last 20 years, he has logged 10,000 hours designing and delivering leadership development programs and another 10,000 hours mentoring and advising CEOs and executives. More than 10,000 leaders in more than 2,000 companies have gone through his leadership training, which was recently accredited and is being offered in Executive MBA programs worldwide. His integrally-informed, psychologically savvy, practice-based leadership methods have worked exceptionally well everywhere they've been used. In academic circles, Brett is best known for his work with integral philosopher Ken Wilber (Integral Institute), cracking the code on leadership theory developing the world's only "unifying theory of leadership" that transcends and includes all other leadership theories. Working with Ken Wilber, he co-created "Integral Leadership." Brett co-founded the Conscious Capitalism movement with the mission of making "business a force for good, he co-founded one of the most respected leadership academies in the world, and he is the founder of a very successful 501c3 humanitarian organization that has worked with leaders in developing and war-torn countries and young democracies.

Jacqueline Quinn

Jacqueline Quinn brings deep coaching experience with more than a decade in the fields of human development and human performance. Her unique coaching is bolstered by her experience as an instructional designer / program developer, thought leader, and inspiraational speaker. She spent years at industry leader Mindvalley leading many of their coaching / educational programs, including collaborating with numerous best-selling authors and leaders in the professional/personal growth industry. She specializes in bridging science and spirituality for practical application in high-performance lifestyle design. She refined her skills at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She helps her clients deepen their connection with purpose and overcome disempowering mindsets so that they can confidently step into their greatness and reach their full potential.

Michael Bezdek

Michael is a veteran business executive who served in the top ranks of major corporations, an investment banker, and a humanitarian leader. He is experienced in all aspects of corporate finance including investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine financing, venture capital, private equity and real estate finance. Michael spent a decade on Wall Street managing individual and institutional investment portfolios exceeding 1 billion in assets. His wide ranging leadership experience ranges from being a senior executive at the top ranks of public companies, CFO to smaller growing companies, to leading an international 501c3 humanitarian coalition that drills water, builds schools and provides leadership training across South America and Africa. He brings a wealth of business savvy combined with a passion for personal growth.

Mark Palmer

Mark Palmer is an author, consultant, and sought-after thought leader specializing in leadership and organizational change management, strategic performance, and workforce solutions technology. He has with Fortune 500 companies for 20+ years in leadership training, team building, organizational development, market research and data analysis, strategic alignment and team development. He is creator or co-creator of several industry leading intellectual properties including: LaborGenome talent mapping, Leadership Genome executive development tech, Position Success Indicator (PSI) and DEV:Q applied talent system. He is a founding member and senior faculty member at Ken Wilber's for the Integral Institute, an international think-tank developing public and private sector integral applications.

Tony Ricciardi

Tony Ricciardi is a serial entrepreneur and investor with deep operational experience. He has two decades of experience acting as a senior executive or CEO of growth companies. He co-founded and served as president of a leading international bilingual call center for major Fortune 500 companies serving a diverse clientele. In only 7 years, he grew the company to 800+ employees and over $15 million in revenue. He is passionate about leveraging conscious capitalism to elevate human consciousness. Tony helps run a non-profit doing international development work in several countries and works as an advisor to companies his fund invests in, and he enjoys working as an advisor to executives participating in our Accelerating Leadership programs. He brings a wealth of experience and passion for business and leadership excellence.

Susan Canon, PhD

Susan is a certified integral master coach, interdisciplinary scholar-practitioner, university professor, organizational consultant, and futurist, who shaped her 25+ year career toward innovation and change in human systems. Susan has worked in physics, engineering, and the defense industries earning multiple patents. She has lead project with numerous multinational companies in China, Mexico, and India. She has received multiple awards for her innovative corporate programs. Susan is an adjunct professor at Fielding Graduate University in Organizational Development and Leadership and has served as an associate professor of management and adjunct professor at several other universities. Her degrees include a B.S. in Engineering Physics, M.S. in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Integral Studies.

Kageni Pierce

Kageni is a leadership coach, executive mentor, relationship management expert, and integrally-informed training facilitator. Born and raised in a rural village in Kenya, her childhood life consisted of "living off the land” but was fortunate to be able to attend prestigious British-style schools that opened her up to "life outside the village". She studied business at the University of Nairobi before moving to U.S. to pursue her MBA and intense study of adult development psychology, advanced personal growth methods and integral theory. She brings well-rounded experience in operations, marketing and sales. She has a unique gift for leveraging her bright intelligence with a dash of fierceness to penetrate cultural norms, covers, and avoidances, and straight to the heart of real issues and solutions.
